This section contains a brief description of the order, payment and delivery. The document is made on the basis of the Terms of sale in the online store TITANMOTO.COM. This document is not a contract and the parties should be guided by the Terms of sale when resolving disputes.

Visiting an online store as its user, you automatically agree to the Terms of salePrivacy Policy and Terms of use of the online store and automatically acquire Buyer status.
The buyer can be any private or legal person living and operating in the territory of any state. Restrictions can only be applied to countries in respect of which there are any prohibitions on delivery or natural and other obstacles, independent of the online store as a Seller.

To place an order, the user may or may not be registered. In case of registration, the corresponding account will be opened in respect of the user. Further orders will be processed through this account. When registering, the user specifies all data marked as mandatory. The online store may also request other information necessary for the implementation of the order.
All products in the catalog are sorted into categories. The user selects the required product and adds it to the order by clicking the appropriate button. Each item is accompanied by a brief description and price.
Payment is carried out after the completion of the order. Payment can be made by Bank transfer or by credit cards. Delivery of goods is made after payment.
The buyer, who has the status of a Consumer, has the right to return the goods to the Seller within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, if the goods for any reason do not meet the needs and expectations of the Buyer. In case of return of the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, the Buyer is fully reimbursed the purchase price, except for the cost of delivery. In this case the buyer undertakes to preserve the completeness of the goods and the integrity of the packaging.

Delivery of goods is carried out after full payment. Delivery is carried out by mail or specialized delivery services. All goods are properly Packed, described and handed over to the carrier. The seller's responsibility for the delivery of goods outside the Russian Federation shall cease from the moment of transfer of the goods to the carrier. Upon delivery of goods within the Russian Federation, the seller's responsibility ends upon receipt of the goods by the Buyer.
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically based on the prices provided by the carriers. The seller transfers the goods to the carrier for delivery within 3 days from the date of full payment of the goods. If the goods are not in stock, the Seller shall contact the Buyer and specify a different term for the transfer of the goods to the carrier. The buyer has the right to refuse the order if the proposed delivery time does not suit him.
The buyer is responsible and obliged to fully compensate the costs associated with the refusal to accept the goods from the carrier and its return delivery to the Seller.

The warranty period depends on the status of the buyer.
For the Buyer having the status of the consumer the General term of submission of claims provided by the legislation works. Claims for the return of the amount of money paid for the goods shall be satisfied within 10 days from the date of submission of the relevant requirements (article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation "on protection of consumer rights"). Within 10 days when returning the goods of inadequate quality, you will be refunded the amount of the goods in the way in which you made the payment together with the cost of delivery. If the order also contains goods of good quality, the delivery amount is non-refundable. If the payment was made by credit card, the funds are returned to the card with which the payment was made.
For Buyers who do not have the status of the consumer, the warranty period is set by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer's warranty period is specified in the product description or in the accompanying documents.
In the event of a warranty event, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller, describe the nature of the problem and send the goods along with proof of purchase.
To return the goods to the Seller, both when replacing and when renouncing the contract within 10 days, the Buyer undertakes to fully complete the goods, pack the goods in such a way as to ensure its safety during transportation and apply the necessary marking. The seller shall notify the Buyer of the time of replacement after receipt of the goods.
 Return of goods is carried out in two ways:
- Return to the warehouse at Moscow, Troitsk, microdistrict at 52-35, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Sending by mail (the buyer pays for the postal services themselves).

All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and on the territory of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be settled through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, the dispute is referred to the Court.
