APPLICATION:
Dark gray lithium grease containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). It is made from high-quality mineral base oils, a specially selected additive package and complex lithium soap as a thickener. Agip GREASE SM ultrapure lithium grease with molybdenum disulfide additive is a thick lubricant adhering firmly to the surface, filling all microcracks and forming a strong oil film that can perform all lubrication functions even if lubrication is removed due to any mechanical or thermal stress, or for other reasons. The presence of molybdenum disulfide ensures the reliability and duration of lubrication, even in cases where re-lubrication is impossible or if this operation is delayed. The use of this lubricant allows to increase the interval between lubricant changes due to the high stability of the characteristics. Agip GREASE SM is used to lubricate bearings operating under high mechanical and thermal loads, including roller bearings, where the geometrical configuration causes additional wear problems. High mechanical loads may result from dynamic conditions (pulsating loads), kinematic characteristics of the system (vibration equipment bearings), etc.
